We understand that shopping on-line can be stressful, and experience that ourselves shopping for laces, beading, etc for our clients.  Some shops idea of ' off-white ' color - is more our idea of ' ivory ' (a much deeper shade). We do our fair share of communicating with the sellers to get things right.  

We are a specialty shop - and as such - it is quite different than going into a department sort.  Every store has its own unique return policies.  

Each and every item in our store is handmade by us.  Some take days of beading and appliqueing.  Our accessories are mostly made for formal occasions, such as weddings, proms, debutantes, etc.  We purchase the laces to match your order within a week of your order being placed.  Most of our orders are ' custom ' - and, sometimes take hours of searching the web for the right lace, or beading, and so on.  Then, there are sketches made, and lots of conversations so that we can try and achieve ' your vision '.

We do our UTMOST BEST to please you!... we understand that you are purchasing from us for a very special occasion, and you have a vision of what you are expecting. 

With that said - ALL SALES ARE FINALNo refunds, No returns.

We advise that you purchase from us well in advance of the occasion because we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do what ever we can to remedy anything if you are not satisfied. You must contact us immediately.  There is nothing we can do - after your wedding date has passed.  

SHIPPING

Right now all orders are on a 6 to 8 week ship out date from the order being placed and paid for.  (unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance)

Shipping within The United States is with USPS - 2 day priority mail.  We can also ship overnight if needed

We do ship internationally - for extra shipping costs.  Please contact us for time frames and costs.

Everything is shipped out with a tracking code for your convenience, and we send you this as soon as your order is shipped out
