General information

We try to make all our custom straps, keyhole-backs, sleeves, toppers, halter necks, jackets, and under bodices in fabrics and laces that match your gown, as if it came with it. We pride ourselves on researching and finding the most similar fabric to match your gown. We even have actual designer fabrics in our inventory.
Every lace is a little different, but there are common threads with most laces. It does take some time, but it's worth it for us to help you get the look you want. We can also bead the items with similar beads, and a similar design.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please let us know immediately when you receive your order if something is not the way you want it. We will do everything we can to make it work for you, and we completely understand how important these items are for you and your special occasion.

Custom Order

We can copy almost any photo, but please realize that we don't have the gown in our possession - and what we copy from a photo is our version of the item. It may not be identical, it will be similar to the reference as best we can.

We will need photos of your gown, with you in it if possible with front, back, and side pictures, at least the name of the designer and style number or name. We will also need good close up photos of the lace, beading, detailing and a sample of the color for help and inspiration

We can also provide sketches, and help you to design whatever you need to achieve your look, on your most special day.

Payment policy

All payments to be made when the order is placed. We will email you an invoice. NO REFUNDS.

Additional Information

We do accept rush orders, as long as we have agreed on it, and it is written into the invoice. Orders that need to be delivered prior to a month are rushed. There is a rush fee of $40.00 or more, depending on the time frame needed.
